Pool Pricing for Owner-Builders Only

As an Owner-Builder, you’ll save thousands off our standard pricing! Owner-Builder pricing includes:

  1. Pool shell color of your choice

  2. Factory-installed tile (tile can be omitted for a further discount)

  3. Factory-installed returns, light housings, tiled skimmer

  4. Tax at (7.25% which will be adjusted for higher tax areas)

  5. Delivery of pool to property including DOT permits

  6. Engineering and dig sheets needed to obtain pool permit

  7. Site Visits that include instruction and guidance as outlined below

Site Visits

A total of 3 site visits up to 5 hours of time is included in the Owner-Builder package:

  1. Initial assessment and pre-dig discussion

  2. Post-dig and pre-set observation of base

  3. Observation and assistance setting the pool

Please note: Please ensure enough help is available the day the pool is being set to complete the work. We will provide expertise and guidance only to ensure the proper backfill of the pool. Any additional time beyond 5 hours total will be billed at $95 per hour. We will be available via cell phone to answer any questions that may arise.
