Pool Pricing for Owner-Builders Only

Small pools: 10'-12' wide and 16'-26' long range from $23,600 to $33,900
Medium pools: 14' wide and 28'-30' long range from $34,000 to $39,300
Large pools: 15'-16' wide and 33'-40' long range from $40,200 to $45,000
Pools with spas: $39,500 to $50,000

Owner Builder pricing includes:

Pool shell color of your choice
Factory-installed tile (tile can be omitted for a further discount on price listed above)
Factory-installed returns, light housings, tiled skimmer
Tax at (7.25% which will be adjusted for higher tax areas)
Delivery of pool to property including DOT permits
Engineering and dig sheets needed for customer to obtain pool permit
Instruction and guidance as outlined in owner/builder description below

A total of 3 site visits up to 5 hours of time is included in this Owner Builder package:

Initial assessment and pre-dig discussion
Post-dig and pre-set observation of base
Observation and assistance setting the pool

Please note: Please ensure enough help is available the day the pool is being set to complete the work. We will provide expertise and guidance only to ensure the proper backfill of the pool. Any additional time beyond 5 hours total will be billed at $95 per hour. We will be available via cell phone to answer any questions that may arise.
