 After owning a traditional concrete/gunite pool and spa at our last home, we were greatly surprised to see the many options and advantages of new-generation fiberglass pools.  Clearly, they aren't what they used to be, with an almost limitless variety of sizes and shapes that also fit the smaller back yard space of our new home.  The Sierra team did a great job walking us through the options for pool and spa combinations, including on-site layout of different models to see how they fit our space.  Professional installation was fun to watch and was coordinated with patio and landscaping projects to make it complete.  We are very satisfied and would recommend Sierra for fiberglass pool and spa combinations.

Thank You doesn’t begin to describe your crew & their work ethic. Everyone…. Matt, the dump truck drivers, the guys doing the excavating/digging, have been above and beyond patient, kind and courteous not only towards myself and my puppies but to my neighbors as well.

Residing in a court is challenging enough with just residents’ parking. The dump truck drivers have gone out of their way not to inconvenience my neighbors.

Your crew excavating my backyard has gone above and beyond controlling the dust and dirt. When they depart for the day, you can’t even tell there was full construction going on. The level of cleanliness and respect to our neighborhood is outstanding. We have several neighbors who work from home and have thanked me for how courteous your crew is .

I had the Olympia installed by Sierra Fiberglass Pools and am very happy with the outcome. The model has a wonderful cabo shelf where I can sit in my lounge chair and remain cool. The steps are off to the side so I still have a good swim lane. I love the Sapphire Blue Crystite finish and Gemstone tile. I also had the Semi-circle Tanning Ledge installed and the Royal Spa Spillover which gave me 4 waterfalls. Sierra Fiberglass Pools worked with me to make good decisions that helped me save money without sacrificing quality and beauty with my pool project. I highly recommend Sierra Fiberglass Pools!

Our family is grateful to the entire staff of the Sierra Fiberglass Pools for a fabulous and beautiful pool. Our Bermuda selection, that incorporated the Crystite finish and Rainforest Turquoise tile was a perfect addition for our yard. Diane made the whole process seamless. She took care of all the permits and ensured that the project remained on schedule (weather permitting). We want to give a special thanks to Matthew who was the on-site specialist and kept us informed as to the status of the pool. He was not afraid to get dirty and made it really special for my family. SFP STATEMENT REGARDING ONLINE REVIEWS ON YELP, GOOGLE and MORE:

We are so thankful to our customers for rating our company online, via listing & review sites like Google, Yelp, and other forums.

Unfortunately, these sites do not discern whether or not reviews are from actual customers. They use their own proprietary algorithms and AI to make decisions on the legitimacy of reviews without any context. This approach might be fine for a restaurant or shop with hundreds or thousands of reviews, but not necessarily for a business like ours.

As such, some legitimate reviews from real customers end up in the "Not Recommended" category on Yelp. There are also negative reviews from people who have never been actual customers of ours. While we have tried to flag fake reviews with Yelp and Google and asked them to prioritize reviews from actual customers, they are usually unwilling to change anything, citing their dependence on their algorithms and AI technology.

While it's pretty easy to see which reviews are real and which ones are fake, please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about our online reviews. We're also happy to offer references to legitimate prior customers. Thank you!
